FIRST Robotics Participants Scholarships Available: Sponsors or mentors of  FIRST teams  are encouraged to share this news with eligible team members 

The International Fluid Power Society (IFPS) and The Fluid Power Educational Foundation (FPEF) have announced new scholarships for high-school seniors on 2009 FIRST Robotics Competition teams using pneumatics in their robot designs. The FIRST Robotics Competition is a unique “varsity sport of the mind” designed to help high-school students discover how interesting and rewarding the life of engineers and researchers can be.

IFPS is offering $2,500 scholarships to high school seniors attending ABET-accredited colleges/universities.
