Getting Pneumatic Support from Fluid Power Manufacturers and Distributors |
Who Can Help? Companies that design, manufacture, engineer, and supply pneumatic components and systems can be found all over the world—and probably in your neighborhood. Some of these fluid power/motion control manufacturers and distributors have collectively donated over $2 million in components for your FIRST Pneumatics Parts Kit, plus countless hours of volunteer time in support of teams. Not all manufacturers and distributors may know about the FIRST Robotics Competition, but nonetheless may be eager to support a local school team once they understand more about your use of pneumatics. |
Manufacturers and distributors who belong to industry associations like NFPA and FPDA are more likely to be familiar with FIRST, as these associations are actively working to communicate with their members to expand the network of support for FIRST teams. |
